Grady Blair has over 45 years of experience in Culinary Arts. Starting in 1961
he completed two apprenticeships, is a gold medal winning chef, and has worked
in all areas of the food industry. He has been teaching foods since 1983 and is
currently teaching at the oldest and most recognized culinary schools in
Scottsdale, AZ.
Grady
